Strong Thunderstorms Possible Behind The Rain: Will You See One?

          The moderate rain is now in Southern New England but behind it, scattered strong thunderstorms are beginning to pop-up and move west. They will not cause any damage but just will put your outdoor plans on hold for about 10 minutes. The best chance for seeing one of these showers/thunderstorms is in South Central Pennsylvania, Central and Western Maryland, as well as Western Virginia.

          So just watch out for a scattered shower or thunderstorm until about 9 PM tonight. Here is a graphic showing the areas with a chance of have a shower/ thunderstorm.
