Halloween 2013 Weather Forecast

           Believe it or not, Halloween has rolled around again! For the past two years, we have had catastrophic storms that majorly impacted the Northeast US, so what it is in store for this Halloween? Believe it or not, it should be a very quiet Halloween. Although there is a chance for a few showers in Ohio, besides that it looks clear throughout the rest of the northeast.
